Money Lobang Membership Programme is offered to all users of MoneyLobang.com. Participation in the programme allows a member to take part in activities on MoneyLobang.com which includes but not limited to reviewing, posting and following (includes liking) financial products, property listings, articles and merchants promotions posted on MoneyLobang.com. MoneyLobang.com may terminate or amend the Money Lobang Membership Programme and any terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice or reason at our own discretion. This includes any benefits or cash credits members can receive for participating in the programme. In the event of any inconsistency between Money Lobang terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to Money Lobang Programme, the terms and conditions here shall prevail. Our decisions on all matters regarding Money Lobang Programme is final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.

Money Lobang Account

Members are responsible for keeping their own account details secured and MoneyLobang.com will not be liable or held responsible for any details posted in their account or on MoneyLobang.com. MoneyLobang.com reserves the right to terminate or freeze any accounts and revoke partial or all benefits earned at any signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity in a membership account. Examples of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity include but are not limited to, earning benefits or cash credits through illegal or fraudulent means; using or attempting to use false personal details and information to earn benefits or cash credits; selling, transferring, or acquiring, or offering to sell, transfer, or acquire, any benefits or credits; infringing copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any party; selling any goods or providing any services prohibited by law; engage in money laundering activities; provide false, inaccurate or misleading information; posting abusive, racist, offensive, vulgar or overly suggestive reviews with intention to hurt or discriminate. Members might face legal action which result in compensation to MoneyLobang.com due to monetary losses resulting from fraud or abuse of the Money Lobang programme.

Membership

Enrollment in Money Lobang Membership Programme is free for all users of MoneyLobang.com. Users are required to provide their full name, a valid email and password to enrol in the programme. Posting of a profile image on MoneyLobang.com is optional but Moneylobang.com reserves the right to delete and remove any offensive or disturbing images. Moneylobang.com also reserves the right to use any images posted on the website for promotional activities and to reject any applications for membership. Each member may only have one Money Lobang account and must be eighteen years of age or older. Membership is non-transferable and members may terminate their account by submitting a request to us. MoneyLobang.com reserves the right to terminate any membership and revoke all benefits and bonus credits accrued by a Member at any time without notice.

Property Listings

Members or users can list properties for sale or rent on this website. Members or users are solely responsible for the information and photos they post in their listings and must try to ensure the accuracy in the information and photos without any intention to mislead potential buyers. Money Lobang reserves the right to remove listings and ban members or users who do not follow our rules for listing properties on our website at our own discretion. Money Lobang will retain the rights to the property photos that are posted on our website for the sake of promoting the website and property listings. Money Lobang can remove or amend descriptions and property details for the listings to ensure accuracy and the content is appropriate for our visitors without advance notification to the original poster of the property listing.

Earning Credits

Money Lobang members or users might sometimes be awarded credits as part of special or ongoing promotions. Members and users are to adhere to the specific terms and conditions of any promotion in order to qualify for the benefits or credits.
